Hi, I’m Sophie. I’m a registered Doctor of Chiropractic with a passion for helping people move better, feel better, and take an active role in their health and wellbeing.
Having previously worked in London, I went on to open my own chiropractic clinic in Welwyn Garden City in 2016. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds, helping them manage pain, improve mobility, and maintain their long-term musculoskeletal health.
My approach to chiropractic care has always been centred around the individual. I strongly believe that treatment isn't just about relieving pain, but also about understanding why it occurs and empowering patients with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to take an active role in their own recovery and wellbeing.
I take pride in providing personalised care, combining hands-on treatment with practical advice and tailored rehabilitation exercises to help patients achieve lasting improvements in their health and quality of life.
I’m a member of the British Chiropractic Association and the Royal College of Chiropractors, and I’m registered with the General Chiropractic Council.

Current Availability
I am currently taking a sabbatical from clinical practice. Although I am not seeing patients at present, the clinic continues to provide the same patient-focused care and support that has always been at the heart of my approach.
